Agreement to Terms: By registering on Skizora, topping up your account, and creating a new order, you fully agree to these terms, whether you have read them or not.

Service Guarantees: Service guarantees depend on the specific service. Please read the description of each service carefully before placing an order.

Delivery Times: We do not guarantee immediate or same-day delivery of services. Delivery speed is dependent on the number of existing orders and the requested quantity.

Order Cancellation: Once an order is in progress, you cannot request the cancellation of the service under any circumstances.

Refund Policy: No balance can be refunded to your account after it has been loaded to Skizora. The balance can only be used to request services.

Disputes: Once you top up your account, you agree not to file complaints or disputes against us for any reason.

Consequences of Disputes: If a complaint or dispute is filed against us, we reserve the right to stop all previous, current, and future orders, ban your account, and withdraw services from your account or your clients’ accounts.

Order Fees: No cancellations or refunds will be issued for any order fees except in the case where the system fails to complete the work.

Order Cancellation Rights: Skizora reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice and without providing a reason.

Multiple Orders: Never place two different orders for the same account until the first order is fully completed. Only one order will be processed, and the second order will be considered canceled.

Account Privacy: If you request a service for an Instagram account and change the account to “private” during the process, the service is considered complete, even if the account is switched back to “public.”
